Sellai is a startup connecting top sales freelancers across Europe with niche B2B companies. In 2023–2024, the company executed a new growth strategy backed by external funding, with the goal of scaling operations and enabling expansion into international markets.
Challenge
Sellai’s scalability was limited by manual operational processes, weak productization, and a nationally focused brand.
Goal
To build a digital platform that automates key business operations, productizes the company’s service offering, and unifies the brand identity and story for international markets.

1) Platform: A two-sided Sellai Workspace platform designed to streamline sales operations, including client communication, reporting, and time tracking.
2) Brand Evolution & Marketing Materials Update: Creating a new brand aimed for international business, along with the required digital marketing materials.
3) Website Update with Rebranding: Transitioning from the sellai.fi website to the sellai.ai domain and building a new website designed to support international growth.
