Talotuntija is a SaaS startup that helps property managers visualize building condition data and predict future renovation needs. A true innovation at the time of its launch in 2023, Talotuntija was the only product on the market to solve property condition management in a visual way.

Challenge

The need for a solution like Talotuntija was clear, as its potential impact on improving the national building stock was undeniable. However, with no comparable products on the market, it was not enough to convince the target audience with a strong product alone, but also a need to create demand from scratch and encourage a shift away from long-established ways of working.

To define a compelling product and company vision and a clear growth strategy that convinces the target audience and drives change. To lead product development with a fully customer- and sales-driven approach, and to build a brand, tone of voice, and marketing materials enabling growth.

1) Company and Product Vision: Defining a vision and KPIs that enable the targeted market share and guide overall operations.

2) Product Development: Outsourcing the product development team with growth funding, designing a new UI and UX for the product, and launching version 2.
